1. In case of only drop service apart from, Auckland Return journey Kms charge + Toll will also be applicable.

2. Vehicles booked for Pickup/Drop will wait for 05 Minutes only after reporting at customer's place, in case of delay in starting the journey after 5 minutes waiting charges of $1/minute will be applicable. During this time, the Driver will wait for the passenger to arrive, If the passenger does not appear within the 10 minutes waiting period, the Driver may cancel the ride, and the cancellation policy may apply.

3. A wait charge may apply to the ride if additional stops are requested, such as a stop at a supermarket. The wait charge is $1 per minute during the additional stop.

4. Airport Car Parking Charges has to be paid by the Customer.

5. One Point Pickup and one point drop if there are multiple pickups and drops there will be extra charge according to the distance, kilometers and time.

6. It is up to the Driver’s discretion to accommodate changes to the destination or additional stops during the ride.

7. The Driver has the right to refuse changes to the destination or stops, including requests for stops at locations such as McDonald’s.

8. For Out station and Round trip duty, Expenses towards Parking and Toll Fees has to be borne by the customer.

9. For Out station and Round trip the Starting & Closing Km's will be charged from Garage to Garage.

10. One day i.e. per calendar day between 12:00 AM to 12.00 AM midnight.

11. Payments: 50% payments in advance and remaining balance to be paid at the end of the journey.

12. Customers are requested to take care of their valuable goods/ belongings. Auckland Ride Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of the goods/ belongings.

13. Bill will be emailed to you after the end of the journey.

14. Chewing gum, Chewing tobacco, Smoking & alcoholic Drinks Not Allowed in the Cab.
