1. Customer are requested to check this cancellation policy before cancelling any reservations. Auckland Ride Limited will not be responsible for further kind of issues.

2. Booking cancelled within 24 hours before pick up time will incur no cancellation charges.

3) Booking cancelled after 24 hours of reservation will attract below given cancellation charges :

25% of the booking amount when booking is cancelled 12 to 24 hours before pick up time

40% of the booking amount when booking is cancelled 6 to 12 hours before pick up time

50% of the booking amount when booking is cancelled 3 to 6 hours before pick up time

75% of the booking amount when booking is cancelled 1 to 3 hours before pick up time

100% of the booking amount when booking is cancelled on the spot.

4. In case of any emergency situation like, related to hospital, accident, death, delayed in flight or train will not attract any cancellation charges.

5. If the booking is preponed or postponed and the car is not available then the customer need to pay for the cancellation charges.

6. Cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is done by the booker or the Actual Traveller.

7. We will try to reach you by phone and email on the day of booking and if there is no contact then the booking may be canceled and cancellation charges will be applicable

8. Auckland Ride Limited maximum liability is limited to refund of the amount charged against the particular transaction.
